I’m Kevin Vaz, a REALTOR® born and raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and truly raised in the world of real estate. My father is both a general contractor and an agent. My mother built and managed multiple rental portfolios. My siblings are all agents. Around our dinner table, the conversation was blueprints, closings, and neighborhoods on the rise.

That upbringing gave me something you can’t get from a license course: an instinct for how a home is built, what it’s truly worth, and how to guide a family through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. You could say I was destined for this, but I’ve made it my craft.
